Learnsharks does not use cookies, web beacons, analytics tools, or any other tracking technologies to monitor, profile, or track users. The only technical data processed is the minimum necessary to maintain a logged-in session (e.g., session/authentication tokens), which is required for the basic functioning of the Services.
Learnsharks implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Learnsharks cannot guarantee absolute security.

If Learnsharks becomes aware that a user under the age of 13 has created an account or provided personal information, Learnsharks reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account and delete the associated information.
All courses, lessons, chapters, exercises, quizzes, assessments, notes, e-books, libraries, guides, videos, graphics, logos, the Learnsharks brand, trademarks, and other learning resources made available through the Services (collectively, "Platform Content") are proprietary to, or licensed to, Learnsharks, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Subject to compliance with these terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, screen-scrape, bulk-download, commercially exploit, or use any automated means (including AI systems, bots, or scrapers) to extract, analyze, or train models on the Platform Content, without the prior written permission of Learnsharks.

Learnsharks may also engage freelance writers, editors, subject matter experts, and contributors to create articles, feed posts, and educational materials ("Contributor Content").
Course Content, articles, summaries, practice questions, and other materials available on the platform may be created, edited, enhanced, researched, translated, or reviewed using artificial intelligence ("AI") tools, freelance contributors, or a combination thereof.
While Learnsharks endeavors to maintain quality standards, content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or references to laws, regulations, syllabi, examination patterns, or procedures that may have changed. Human review processes may not identify or correct every such issue.
Learnsharks makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, currency, or suitability of any AI-assisted, freelancer-authored, or otherwise sourced content. Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify any important educational, legal, financial, medical, academic, or career-related information before relying on it.
All content provided through the Services is intended for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, employment, immigration, or other regulated advice of any kind.
Learnsharks does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that use of the Services will result in any particular outcome, including but not limited to: passing any examination; obtaining any certification, qualification, or accreditation; admission to any educational institution; receipt of any scholarship or financial aid; securing employment; obtaining any visa, work permit, or immigration status; or any form of career advancement.
Any reliance on Course Content or other materials for such purposes is undertaken entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Learnsharks does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access to the Services. The platform, including specific features, courses, and content, may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
Learnsharks shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from any unavailability or interruption of the Services.
Certain features, course materials, recommendations, or support tools on the platform may be generated, assisted, or powered by AI systems. Such AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only, may contain errors or biases, and should not be treated as definitive, professional, or authoritative without independent verification.
AI Training Restriction: No user, automated tool, bot, crawler, scraper, AI system, or other third party may access, collect, extract, copy, reproduce, analyze, or use any content available on or through the platform (including but not limited to courses, articles, text, images, videos, quizzes, and community/feed content) for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, validating, or otherwise developing any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, without the express prior written permission of Learnsharks. Any such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Learnsharks, together with its administrators, operators, contributors, instructors, affiliates, partners, and service providers (collectively, the "Learnsharks Parties"), shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, educational, academic, employment-related, financial, or reputational damages, losses, or expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if the Learnsharks Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Services, including all Course Content and other materials, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or completeness.
Learnsharks does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Learnsharks Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
Learnsharks reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's access to the Services, including in cases involving:
Termination of an account may result in loss of access to Course Content, progress data, and any associated benefits, without obligation on the part of Learnsharks to provide compensation or refunds, except where required by applicable law.
While Learnsharks takes reasonable measures to maintain the integrity of its systems, Learnsharks shall not be liable for any loss of user progress, course data, account information, or other content resulting from account deletion, data corruption, technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or other causes beyond Learnsharks' reasonable control.
Users are strongly encouraged to independently back up any important data, notes, or records related to their use of the Services.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Services may be accessed by users from around the world. If you access the Services from a jurisdiction other than the one in which the Services are operated, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information in the jurisdictions where Learnsharks or its service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country of residence.
If you believe that content available on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to the email address provided in Section 29. Such notice should include:
Upon receipt of such notice, Learnsharks will review and, at its sole discretion, may remove or disable access to the disputed content within a reasonable timeframe if the claim is found to be valid. Learnsharks reserves sole discretion in evaluating any such claims and is under no obligation to follow any formal counter-notice procedure or engage in any further dispute resolution process regarding such claims. Learnsharks does not guarantee restoration of any content removed pursuant to this section.
Entire Agreement: This Policy, together with any other applicable terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Learnsharks regarding the privacy-related matters described herein, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings on such matters.
Severability: If any provision of this Policy is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Policy, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: The failure of Learnsharks to enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision, and any waiver shall only be effective if made in writing.
Learnsharks reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the platform, with the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflecting the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
