Human review processes may not identify or correct every such issue.

Learnsharks makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, currency, or suitability of any AI-assisted, freelancer-authored, or otherwise sourced content. Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify any important educational, legal, financial, medical, academic, or career-related information before relying on it.

All content provided through the Services is intended for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, employment, immigration, or other regulated advice of any kind.

Learnsharks does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that use of the Services will result in any particular outcome, including but not limited to: passing any examination; obtaining any certification, qualification, or accreditation; admission to any educational institution; receipt of any scholarship or financial aid; securing employment; obtaining any visa, work permit, or immigration status; or any form of career advancement.

Learnsharks does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access to the Services. The platform, including specific features, courses, and content, may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Certain features, course materials, recommendations, or support tools on the platform may be generated, assisted, or powered by AI systems. Such AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only, may contain errors or biases, and should not be treated as definitive, professional, or authoritative without independent verification.

AI Training Restriction: No user, automated tool, bot, crawler, scraper, AI system, or other third party may access, collect, extract, copy, reproduce, analyze, or use any content available on or through the platform (including but not limited to courses, articles, text, images, videos, quizzes, and community/feed content) for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, validating, or otherwise developing any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, without the express prior written permission of Learnsharks. Any such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Learnsharks, together with its administrators, operators, contributors, instructors, affiliates, partners, and service providers (collectively, the "Learnsharks Parties"), shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, educational, academic, employment-related, financial, or reputational damages, losses, or expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Learnsharks Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
